Pencar Manufacturers was established in 1979 by toolmakers Heinz Spath and Andre Theron. The design and manufacture of a wide spectrum of toolmaking for various products established Pencar. Opportunity arose for “concept to completion” of products that led Pencar into the manufacturing field.
- With our dedicated staff of 40 we operate on our own property.
Our facilities include a Tool room, Rubber and Plastic Injecting.
Moulding Plant of 24 machines ranging from 40 to 220 tons.
- The factory operates 24hours a day, 7days a week offering just in time requirements.
- Load shedding / power failures:
No problem. We have a Volvo Penta 500kva generator on standby.
- The rubber plant manufactures various rubber products and specializes in the manufacturing of waste fitting seals to SABS certification.
- The plastic plant manufactures various engineering parts with certified raw material. Our specialty in the plastics department is for the mining explosives industries.
- We operate a self-regulated Quality management system based on ISO9000-2001 and are accredited with a level 2 B-BBEE and a 125% Procurement recognition level.
